Fernando Alonso calms things down with McLaren

Fernando Alonso failed to get out of the points gate at the Japanese GP, a frustrating result for the double world champion who is struggling to distinguish himself at the wheel of the McLaren MP4-30 lacking in performance. The Asturian let go during the race, evoking “a GP2 engine” to define the Honda Power Unit who lived on his land.

The words of the double world champion provoked numerous reactions in the Suzuka paddock. “Some things don’t seem to have been clear to everyone.”, wrote the McLaren driver on his Twitter account. " We achieved the third best result of the season! We continue to work hard. We experience difficult times when fighting in a group and we all want to win. This is felt in radio conversations, but they should remain private."

If the future of McLaren drivers raises many questions, Fernando Alonso wants to be loyal to his team even if he previously mentioned his interest in other disciplines. “No one should doubt my three-year contract with Mclaren. My career in F1 will end with this team winning everything if possible. It is very simple ", added the double world champion.
