Ferrari changes its name again!

Initially called F150, just like a pick-up from the American manufacturer, Ferrari had first changed the name of its car to F150th Italia, in reference to the celebration this year in Italy of the 150th anniversary of the unification of the country.

But that wasn't enough according to Ford, who insisted on removing the "F". Also, the new official name today is Ferrari 150° Italia

In a very humorous statement, Ferrari admitted that "in the desire to avoid any confusion between a Formula 1 and a pick-up, the men of Maranello decided that their car was going to lose the F which precedes the number 150 and which means Ferrari, as was the case for many car codes, that they hit the asphalt of 'a circuit or a road. It seemed that this could cause great confusion in the minds of some customers, so that in addition to losing the F, the name of the car will be completely Italianized by replacing the very English “th” with its Italian equivalent symbol “°”. Hopefully the problem is now definitively closed and we can concentrate on more serious subjects.

Remember that the last off-season tests will take place next week, from March 9 to 12, on the Spanish track in Barcelona.
