Ferrari does not change line

Above all, the Team is delighted that the TGI has recognized the validity of the right of veto granted by the FIA Senate in 2005. A right that is now contested by the highest authority in motorsport. Consequently, the Court considered that Ferrari should have used this right of veto during the World Council meetings which were held on March 17 and April 29.

While not ruling out pursuing its legal actions, Ferrari maintains its course of action. Will the Reds continue their work with FOTA? chaired by Luca di Montezemolo? so that the F1 remains a championship with identical and stable rules for all competitors.

In the event of no agreement between all parties, Ferrari has reiterated its intention to leave F1. This would be a real trauma for the discipline, to the extent that the Maranello firm has participated in all the World Championships since 1950. The brand would then turn to other disciplines, probably endurance.
