When Mick Schumacher put his name on the junior contract presented to him by Ferrari at the end of 2018, the story seemed all mapped out. Eleven years after the departure of the father – the greatest driver in the history of the brand – the name Schumacher reappeared for the first time on the side of Maranello. Difficult, despite this context, to accuse the Scuderia of favoritism, the young German having just won the European Championship of Formula 3, thanks to a strong end to the season.

“For someone like me who has known him since birth, there is no doubt that welcoming Mick to Ferrari means something.”

Not keeping Schumacher at Haas to make way for Giovinazzi who proved absolutely nothing during his Alfa years, that's not a funny "Banter Steiner" gag, isn't it! Better to tenure Schwartzman
