Force India wants to catch up with BMW

After two mixed Grand Prix where the Force India did not manage to get into the points, the Brazilian meeting sounds like new hope for Vijay Mallya's men. Adrian Sutil and Vitantonio Liuzzi hope to take advantage of the configuration of the track to find a place in the top eight.

« Brazil should suit us, our car performed well on tracks with a similar configuration and now that we have had a taste of the points we want to score more “, says Mallya. “ BMW has an 11-point lead in the Manufacturers' championship so if Tonio and Adrian attack, we can at least reduce the gap. »

In Brazil, Vijay Mallya expects his men to display the good dispositions of the car by reaching at least Q2. “ Adrian and Tonio both know the track and the car is top notch; I am therefore confident in our ability to qualify for Q2 or even better as well as the possibility of getting into the points », concludes the Indian.
