Force India targets points in Hungary

Force India is gradually managing to find a place within the peloton. Qualified in seventh position on the starting grid for the German Grand Prix, the team?s best qualification so far, Adrian Sutil showed good spirits. His teammate, Giancarlo Fisichella started from 18th position on the grid but managed to take the checkered flag in 11th place.

If the main objective of the team still remains to score its first points in the championship, the drivers want above all to be able to register for the long term within the peloton. “ Our goal is to go to Q2 again and get as close as possible to the top 10 », declares Adrian Sutil. “ I am confident because we are better every time we go out. As our pace in qualifying has taken a step forward and the Hungaroring is a circuit where start and strategy play an important role, I think we can achieve a good result », concludes Giancarlo Fisichella.

For the Grand Prix, the drivers will also have new elements available including, among other things, different settings on the front wing or small modifications to the mechanical part.
