Goodwood celebrates motor sports

In Goodwood this weekend takes place the famous motor sports festival. The opportunity to meet many personalities who make and have made the history of sport.

For the 2009 edition of the Goowood festival, the organizers are expecting no fewer than 75 “star” drivers. over the three days. In England, they will be required to give demonstrations on the famous speed festival hill. Among them we will find the reigning world champions of F1 and WRC, Lewis Hamilton and Sébastien Loeb but also Jenson Button, the current championship leader or Dani Sordo, Loeb?s teammate at Citroën.

The festival will also be an opportunity to see old cars in action like the McLaren-Ayron Senna's 4 Honda MP4/1988 turbo or cars from rally who have entered into legend. Lancia Stratos, Audi Quattro and other Ford Escort Mk1s will rub shoulders with Loeb's C4 WRC with drivers like Waldegaard, Mikkola and Rohrl.
