2010 grid: it's clearer

Brawn gp
Jenson Button should stay. If it was announced at McLaren, the Briton should prefer stability and his loyalty to Ross Brawn will be essential in this regard. All that remains is to find a financial agreement, the world champion wishing to see his salary increased.
Rubens Barrichello gone, the world champion should team up with the young German Nico Rosberg, supported by Mercedes, which should gain momentum, within the Brackley stable.

Red Bull
No doubt: Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel were confirmed last summer for next season. The two drivers have won six victories between them this season.

McLaren
Lewis Hamilton fears nothing within the Woking team, as the Briton seems unwaveringly linked to McLaren. His teammate for 2010 is, however, not known. Heikki Kovalainen is not the priority. Nico Rosberg, at one point expected, should instead head towards Brawn GP, a team that Mercedes should take over in 2011. Kimi Räikkönen is also expected, and the Finn recognized that it was his only option to stay in F1. But the team wants a driver who is concerned and not interested in money. All options are therefore possible.

Ferrari
Fernando Alonso, awaited for several seasons, finally arrives at Ferrari. He replaces Kimi Räikkönen and will be associated with Felipe Massa, in whom the Scuderia trusts to find his level.

Toyota
The team informed Timo Glock and Jarno Trulli that they had to find a new seat for 2010. If John Howett indicated that he was discussing with the German, the Italian?s fate is sealed. Replacing Timo Glock for two Grands Prix, Kamui Kobayashi scored points. He should inherit a steering wheel next season.

bmw-sauber
The stable ofHinwil, from which BMW is withdrawing, still does not know if it will be present in F1 next season. So she can't contact anyone at the moment. Robert Kubica is gone. Nick Heidfeld is working to find a steering wheel elsewhere.

Williams
The team has formalized its driver duo for 2010. Nico Rosberg changes team, Kazuki Nakajima is ousted at the same time as Toyota engines. As a replacement, the Grove team calls on the veteran of the field, Rubens Barrichello. The Brazilian will team up with Nico Hulkenberg, third driver at Williams this season and GP2 Series champion in September.

Renault
Fernando Alonso left for Ferrari, Renault was quick to formalize the arrival of Robert Kubica. Formula Renault 3.5 Series champion in 2005, the Pole was trained at the diamond school. His teammate is not known. Romain Grosjean, who has barely had the opportunity to prove himself, is not ousted but the name of Timo Glock comes back insistently to support Robert Kubica. Franck Montagny also confided that he was in contact with the Franco-British team.

Force India
Nothing is certain for next season. Young drivers are being approached to join Vijay Mallya's team. Giancarlo Fisichella also expressed the possibility of returning. Adrian Sutil and Vitantonio Liuzzi do not know what their future will hold.

Toro Rosso
Red Bull's cousin team should have confidence in its two young drivers, both debutants this year. Sébastien Buemi had time to become tougher alongside Sébastien Bourdais, before gaining more momentum at the Frenchman's departure. His replacement, Jaime Alguersuari, still young, should however be asked to start the next season.

Campos Meta
Of the four new teams, it is the only one to have formalized a driver, and not the least. The Spanish team will start with Bruno Senna, nephew of triple world champion Ayrton Senna. In the role of the experienced pilot, the name of Pedro de la Rosa comes up insistently.

USF1
The American team wanted to promote young American drivers in F1 but, for 2010, the operation seems complicated. Alexander Wurz could share his experience with the young US team even if the Austrian is not reassured by the viability of the project.

Manor Motorsports
The British team is more than discreet but the name of Lucas di Grassi, third driver at Renault F1 Team at the end of the season, has been mentioned.

Lotus F1
If the first photos of the chassis have been revealed, the drivers are not known. Fairuz Fauzy, Malaysian driver entered this season in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series, could be lined up. Starting from Toyota, Jarno Trulli admitted that the option of working with Mike Gascoyne could be decisive in his choice for 2010.
