Grosjean: “I still have things to do at Haas”

Si Romain Grosjean was unlucky by being disqualified from the Italian GP after taking 6th place, the Frenchman nevertheless seems to have managed to put things back in good order after a sluggish start to the season.

The 2011 GP2 Series champion had to wait for the Austrian GP and his remarkable 4th place in the Red Bull Ring to unlock your counter. The French driver had finished in the Top 10 each time during the last four Grands Prix.

“I wasn't really happy with my start to the season, but now I've found the keys and I'm now where I wanted to be. Things are going well since Hockenheim (6th)”, commented Romain Grosjean.

The pilot Haas occupies 14th place in the Championship, 22 points behind his teammate Kevin Magnussen, but the Frenchman still has 7 races to make the difference and convince the American team to continue to believe in him.

"I hope I'll be fixed soon enough, he admitted while defending the interests of the team since its debut in 2016. I don't like the transfer season, there are a lot of things at stake. I proved that I am back in the last few races. I'm not looking at another place, I think Haas is a good option for me. I still have things to do at Haas because I want to achieve more for them. I would love to be the driver who wears the Haas colors on the podium, it’s been a dream of mine since I joined them. »
