Grosjean is patient

Romain Grosjean was aiming for victory in Valencia before having to retire with an alternator failure while in second place. If the Lotus driver has suffered the disappointment of his mechanical failure, he is impatiently waiting to go to Silverstone to try to offer himself another opportunity to climb to the top step of the podium. The Frenchman believes that the teamenstone is now one of the big teams even if it has still not recorded any success this season.

“We took a big step forward in Valencia by understanding our performance better, which will help us for the rest of the season”, comments Romain Grosjean who has already been on the podium twice this year. “I can’t wait to put them into practice during free practice at Silverstone. I couldn't finish the Valencia race but that wasn't our fault. I'm as sad as the rest of the team. Victory was within my reach but it was suddenly gone. I have to be patient, I couldn't get this first victory in Valencia but I'm sure it will come. It's great to fight with world champions who play in big teams. We are now a big team. »
