Haas should bring developments in China

After sixth place in Romain Grosjean in Australia, the surprising start to the championship of Haas F1 Team continued in Bahrain with this time a top 5 for the French driver ahead of the Toro Rosso, and others Williams.

Enough to bring a smile to the American clan which hopes to continue its momentum from the Chinese Grand Prix on April 17. With this in mind, the Kannapolis team (North Carolina) intends to upgrade its VF16.

“We don't know this car completely yet, indicated Günther Steiner, Team Principal of Haas. We must first make the most of it, especially since the potential appears significant. It's up to us to use it correctly. Developments are planned for China, but for the moment, we have no plans to modify it race after race. »

If Romain Grosjean has had an exemplary start to the season, the only downside for the team from across the Atlantic comes from Esteban Gutiérrez, once again forced to retire on the Sakhir route (brake problem), after being involved in the spectacular accident of Fernando Alonso Australia.
