Hamilton is getting impatient

With Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton is the only driver to have finished in the points in all six Grands Prix. However, the latter is behind the Asturian in the Championship. According to the pilot McLaren, the errors of his team and the decline in performance of his car are reasons which explain his position. “The team really has to continue working because we are gradually losing ground”, recognized the 2008 world champion in The Telegraph. “Every race we move away from the leading cars. I'm still in the title race, but we lost a lot of points. We need to focus on not letting this happen again. »

Lewis Hamilton also explains his fifth place in Monaco because of a bad pit stop and an error in his clutch settings during the start. “My goal was to pass Nico (Rosberg) at the start to fight with Mark (Webber). The team advised me to change a setting on the clutch but I had no torque at start-up. I told them that we couldn't afford to have a bad start while the others got off to a very good start. Then, I don't know how long my pit stop lasted, but I know I lost time there since Sebastian (Hag) passed me by. However, I still believe that my place is at McLaren. »
