9/10 - Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) : The Mercedes driver comes very close to finally opening his success meter in 2022 at the end of a champion performance. Promoted to 3rd place on the grid after the application of engine penalties, he climbed to 2nd place by taking advantage of the mayhem at the start. With excellent racing pace, he took control when Verstappen found himself immobilized in the pits during his 2nd stop. Hamilton then offers very good resistance to the Dutchman but must bow to the superiority of the team Red Bull-Verstappen, not without maintaining the pressure on his rival until the checkerboard. Probably his best race of the year.
