Hamilton: 'Nothing is decided' at Russian GP

After the Japanese GP held last month at Suzuka, Lewis Hamilton failed for the second time in a row in the qualifications which took place this Saturday, October 10 in Sochi. The Championship leader lost three tenths behind his teammate Nico Rosberg, after missing his last flying lap. “I did not complete my second flying round because I went out in turn 13. Nico did a very fast lap while I was satisfied with the balance of my car », explained the double world champion.

After taking the advantage over his teammate at the start of the Japanese GP, Lewis Hamilton intends to carry out the same operation. “ I'm not going to say that I'm happy because I can only accept my second place, but Nico worked very well, but I think that rnothing is decided as we have seen in the other races where I started from second position. This makes the races even more exciting and the first corner is far from the starting grid, one of the longest of the season. I should have an opportunity, but I will also have others during the race”, added the pilot Mercedes.

Lewis Hamilton has a 48-point lead over Nico Rosberg with five races remaining in the season. The Briton won in 2014 ahead of his teammate, but he started from pole.
