Hamilton: “An incredible feeling”

Already behind the Safety Car at the start of the race just before the restart, Hamilton almost hit the race management car, before giving himself a big scare by veering wide at turn 1, like many of his rivals this Sunday, but without unfortunate consequences for the driver Mercedes.

“Behind the safety car, my rear brakes were really low on temperature, so I was trying to warm them up. The safety car was so slow, you can't imagine. I'm sure he's going as fast as he can, but our car is so fast... And then I had this oversteer but then I kept making up time. »
