Hockenheim certain to be back in 2016

While the German GP was canceled due to the worrying economic situation of Nürburgring and Hockenheim circuits welcoming the F1 alternating since 2008, the promoters of the Hockenheim circuit ensure that the event will return in 2016 as stipulated in the contract linked to the FOM.

“We have a deal for next year and we are still honoring our contracts. Our race in 2016 is 1000% certain”, let it be known George Seiler, the director of the Hockenheim circuit, to the German press agency SID.

Georg Seiler clarified that his relations with Bernie Ecclestone were always good and was not concerned by the comments of the F1 financier questioning the holding of the German GP for 2016.
