Honda will place its operational base in Milton Keynes

Honda chose Milton Keynes to establish its future European base where it will assume its status as an engine manufacturer in F1 for McLaren from 2015. Located near the Red Bull factory, the Japanese manufacturer will be in the front row to assist its customer team. The Japanese brand will thus be able to limit its travel, with seven of the 19 races on the 2013 calendar still taking place in Europe. Activities should start next June.
