HRT: Testing before Melbourne?

Luis Perez-Sala acknowledges that HRT's new organization is disrupting the development of the new car but still hopes to carry out tests before the start of the season.

HRT is reorganizing itself to strengthen the Spanish character of its team. The Hispanic team is moving its structure to Spain and has already promoted Pedro de la Rosa as starting driver in 2012 and 2013, the second driver being still unknown at the moment. Faced with all these changes, Luis Perez Sala, the new team principal who has just taken office, recently admitted that he expected poorer performances than at the end of the 2011 season.
