Hülkenberg wants to regain the points for his 100th GP

At the end of 2015, the Force Indias of Sergio Pérez and Nico Hulkenberg had shown themselves rather to their advantage, regularly evolving at the gates of the top 5, with a podium for the Mexican on his land for the return of the F1 at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

Results which allowed Force India to finish in 5th place in the Constructors' championship, between Red Bull Racing and Lotus F1 Team (now Renault Sport F1 Team), the best ranking in the history of Vijay Mallya's young team.

2016 was supposed to mark the year of confirmation, but since the start of the 2016 championship, only Nico Hülkenberg has climbed into the points in Melbourne. For his 100th Grand Prix appearance, the German hopes to raise the bar.

“The goal is to score points in Russia, insists Hülkenberg. The last two races have been frustrating for various reasons and I don’t think we’ve shown our full potential yet.. In China I really struggled with tire degradation, but I don't think it will be a problem in Sochi because the track is less demanding. »
