Magny Cours was a beautiful circuit, beautiful track, difficult access but it is now perhaps the most accessible compared to many others (Le Castellet horrible!) and it had a big advantage: it was in the center of France which allowed many fans to go there, it was not reserved for the bobos of the Côte d'Azur but like France it has disappeared from the scene, can we hope to see it return one day but with Liberty Media there is little hope, they need sun, bling-bling and money!

Except that now that there are no more GPs at Magny Cours, the motorway takes you to the entrance of the circuit.

What a shame... and a big failure, that there is no more French GP. It's true that no circuit... corresponds to the level of F1. How is this possible, for a country like France...? So a suggestion... a European GP... Luxembourg did it... a long time ago... But France must find a GP again. I hope so, even if financially it is not easy, but if we really want it, it is possible...!!!!! 😎👀🇱🇺👀🇫🇷🤔

Between a tiny Dijon, a bland Le Mans, a Mitterrand-style Magny Cours, a Charade in the middle of nowhere, a Castellet subject to competition from the beaches and a forgotten Reims: we still have Monaco and Spa in the French-speaking world. No complaints.
