Romain Grosjean's disappointment after his elimination in Q1 in Barcelona

Satisfied after a good day on Friday and a fifth position in EL2, Romain Grosjean had hope for the rest of the weekend. Ultimately the story is quite different and the Frenchman was unable to classify his Haas only in 17th place just behind that of his teammate Kevin Magnussen.

« Unfortunately we had to change a lot of things on the car yesterday (Friday). We had an engine problem. The mechanics finished at 4 a.m., poor things. I got back in the car this morning (SATURDAY) and it wasn't the same », Regretted Romain Grosjean at the microphone of Canal+.

Concerning the race, the Habs do not hold out much hope. “ When you start 17th in Barcelona…», laments Romain Grosjean. " VS'is a circuit where it is very difficult to overtake so I think it will be complicated ».
