Jules Bianchi's family struggles to maintain hope

It has now been more than 9 months since Jules Bianchi was plunged into a coma following his terrible accident at the Japanese GP on October 5, 2014 at Suzuka. If the Marussia driver was placed at the Nice University Hospital (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) so that his family could visit him every day, the situation remains as worrying as ever.

“It’s unbearable, it’s daily torture”, confided Philippe Bianchi on France Info. “Sometimes we feel like we're going crazy. It's certainly more terrible than if he had remained in the accident... It's hard to get up in the morning and tell yourself that you're not sure that your son is going to live and that it's like every day That. You have to have your feet on the ground and realize the seriousness of the situation. »

Jules Bianchi's family continues to receive numerous messages of support on social networks, most often expressed by the hashtag #ForzaJules. Find the full interview with Jules Bianchi's father on the website France Info.
