The starting grid for the British GP

Qualifying for the British Grand Prix, held yesterday at Silverstone, allowed Mercedes to secure a new 100% W10 front line, but in an order that the English public did not expect since Valtteri Bottas blew the pole Lewis Hamilton for 6 thousandths of a second.

The two Mercedes teammates will start at the front Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) and Max Verstappen (Red Bull), who will start the race on a tire strategy different from that of the leading W10s.

You have to look in sixth position, behind Pierre Gasly (Red Bull), to find traces of Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari). The first one Renault de Daniel Ricciardo rises to 7th position, while Romain Grosjean (Haas) will start 14th.

Note that no penalty has yet come to upset the hierarchy of this grid which still remains provisional.
