The starting grid for the Russian GP

If qualifying for the Russian GP was contested this Saturday, the starting grid in Sochi was quite modified due to the numerous penalties imposed in particular for changes to Power Unit elements on the Red Bull de Max Verstappen et Daniel Ricciardo, Toro Rosso de Brendon Hartley et Pierre Gasly and the McLaren de Fernando Alonso.

In reality, both McLarens were sanctioned since the Woking team also changed the gearbox on Stoffel Vandoorne's MCL33. The Belgian will actually only lose one position with the other sanctioned drivers.
