The starting grid for the Hungarian Grand Prix

Saturday's qualifying allowed both Mercedes W11 from Lewis Hamilton et Valtteri Bottas to secure the first row of the starting grid for the Hungarian Grand Prix, with a clear lead over the competition.

Competition led by the two little sisters of the W11, the Racing Point RP20, largely inspired by the 10 W2019, and which shone yesterday, with Lance stroll 3rd and Sergio Pérez 4th. The two follow Ferrari de Sebastian Vettel et Charles Leclerc, with a small recovery in form for the SF1000 compared to the first two races.

Max Verstappen (Red Bull) could not do better than 7th and takes the two in his wake McLaren de Lando Norris et Carlos Sainz and l'Alpha Tauri AT01 of Pierre Gasly, whose Honda Power Unit will be changed for the race, without causing any penalty for the Frenchman.

His compatriots Esteban Ocon (Renault) and Romain Grosjean (Haas) will start 14th and 18th respectively.
