The Lotus E22 on track in Bahrain

After missing the first test session held on the Jerez circuit at the end of January, and after a promotional run on the same Spanish circuit a few days ago, the Lotus E22 finally took to the track this morning on the occasion of the first morning on the Sakhir route in Bahrain. There car piloted by the French Romain Grosjean completed a first installation lap before completing a first timed run, with a 1'44″832.
Grosjean will be at the wheel of the Lotus today and tomorrow before giving way to his teammate Pastor Maldonado for Friday and Saturday.
