N.Technology's complaint dismissed

The FIA announces in a press release that French justice has rejected the complaint from MSC, the parent company of N.Technology, which had filed a complaint after seeing its candidacy for the next World Championship rejected.

Rumors had been circulating for some time that MSC's complaint had been rejected by the Paris High Court. This time, the FIA confirmed the information by publishing a press release on its website. MSC, parent company of N.Technology, denounced irregularities in the process of selecting new teams for 2010 after seeing its own rejected.

After studying the complaint, the Court rejected all the points raised by MSC and ordered the company to pay the costs of the FIA proceedings.
