The weather completely disrupted the course of testing for the Turkish Grand Prix, the first since 2011 in Formula 1. Good news for the pole sitter Lance stroll (Racing Point), the skies are expected to play a big role on Sunday for the race.
In fact, the temperatures will be almost identical to those taken this Saturday: 10 degrees in the morning for an expected maximum of 14 degrees. The track will therefore be cool, especially as wind gusts of around 25 km/h are forecast. Watch out for the racket hit in the turns!
Warming up the tires could be a problem for the competitors on loose asphalt. But the grip should not be better than in qualifying, because rain is feared! Be careful, we are not talking about continuous rain, but rather showers. The sky will remain variable all day, adding to the suspense.
