Is the Red Bull RB6 late?

Red Bull Racing announced today that its new RB6 will be presented on February 10, to begin testing at Jerez during the second session of the winter.

Adrian Newey explains: “We wanted to give ourselves as much time as possible to work on and develop the car. As our car is scalable, we didn?t need to establish the basic concept too early. We took the time we needed to launch the car »

The world vice-champion team will therefore not be in Valencia: “As a result of the limitation of available tires, we are not going to use rubber with the RB5,” warns Christian Horner, boss of the team. “We prefer to keep tires for the other three sessions so that we can work in the best possible conditions. »

See you on February 10 to discover the new RB6.
