La Team Ferrari wants to celebrate its 75th anniversary with dignity as well as the centenary of the Monza Autodromo. On the occasion of the Italian Grand Prix, contested on the 11th next Sunday, the famous trans teamalpine significantly modifies the livery of both F1-75 reserved for Charles Leclerc et Carlos Sainz, with a rather showy touch of yellow.

The traditional red gives way on the engine hood of the F1-75 for the “Giallo Modena”. The race numbers of the Monegasque and the Spaniard are also changed to yellow. The rear wing is decorated with the Ferrari logo in fluorescent yellow. A strip of yellow is placed along the Halo. The suits and helmets of the two pilots are predominantly yellow.

This yellow shade was not chosen only for its, shall we say, striking virtues. It is the emblem of the city of Modena, birthplace of Enzo Ferrari on February 18, 1898. The Ferrari logo, its famous Prancing Horse, is drawn on a yellow background for this reason. Finally, when the Scuderia wins a Grand Prix, the mechanics wave Italian national flags as well as Prancing Horse flags on a yellow background.
