The adaptation of the suspensions to the profound modifications of the Formula 1 this season was of course largely taken into account in the development of the new regulations. In addition to the new 18-inch tires, the profound overhaul of the aerodynamic concept of the single-seaters has led to an evolution of the systems, in a permanent philosophy of simplification and lower costs.
