“It was a difficult race, sighed Lando Norris. It was really difficult to overtake. The conditions were tricky, not much grip, so it was virtually impossible to get a good exit from a corner and prepare for a good overtake. It was hard. We tried. 12th is nothing to be proud of. I think we did the best we could, so we have to be happy with that, but the pace was just nowhere near where we need to be. »

I think the gaps between everyone seem bigger than normal. THE Red Bull are now two seconds ahead of everyone. Ferrari is one step ahead of everyone. »

The Oranges lost big points in the fight for fourth place in the Manufacturers' standings against Alpine, since the French team placed its two drivers in the points (Alonso 5th, Or with 7th). The British team is now 20 points behind the A arrow (115 to 95). “On this track, riding with low downforce perhaps exposes everyone's problems more, Judge Lando Norris. McLaren hopes to find solutions and return to the battle on Sunday in Zandvoort (Netherlands).
