Lauda: Verstappen must have limits

The verbal joust continues between Niki Lauda and Max Verstappen. The non-executive vice-president of Mercedes F1 had criticized the young prodigy of Red Bull by pointing out his aggressive driving style and advising him to consult a psychiatrist. The winner of the Spanish Grand Prix did not let it get to him and asked the Austrian to come with him.

Niki Lauda once again raised the case of Max Verstappen during an interview with Italian channel Sky.

“We can actually go together, but then we'll see who has to stay, replied the former pilot Ferrari. I think he has incredible talent, but there is a limit on the track and someone has to show him that. The problem is that Max is very young, but if he finds a balance between his talent and his youth, his talent will take over. »

Max Verstappen became the youngest driver to win in F1 in Barcelona after becoming the youngest driver in the history of the discipline at 17.
