The World Council has confirmed the schedule for the next F1 season. The program will only include 19 Grands Prix.

The 2014 calendar will feature 19 Grands Prix

The 2014 season of F1 will feature 19 Grands Prix after the FOM and its leader Bernie Ecclestone attempted to offer a 22-race season. The World Council today revealed the final list: among the notable changes, we can note the disappearance of the GPs of New Jersey, South Korea and Mexico as was anticipated. The season will begin in Malbourne on March 16 but it will end in Abu Dhabi on November 23 instead of Brazil which will host the penultimate round.
