La F1 returns to European soil this Catalan weekend in Barcelona. The qualifying session held yesterday was dominated by la Mercedes W08 n°44 of Lewis Hamilton, which was 51 thousandths ahead of Ferrari SF70H Sebastian Vettel.
The second row of the starting grid will be shared between the Mercedes W08 of Valtteri Bottas, the latest winner in F1 at the Sochi event in Russia, and the Ferrari SF70H of Kimi Räikkönen.
Behind the two Red Bull de Max Verstappen et Daniel Ricciardo, we find in seventh position the McLaren MCL32 – Honda Fernando Alonso, which turned the situation around after a complicated start to the weekend, with a Power Unit problem in EL1. Esteban Ocon (Force India) will start from 10th position, when Romain Grosjean (Haas) set the 14th fastest time.
