The Historic Monaco Grand Prix will return in 2021

The inhabitants of the Principality will have to replenish their stock of hearing protection. The 12th Historic Monaco Grand Prix will be well organized in spring 2021, a year after its postponement due to Covid-19.

The appointment is set for 23 in April 25 2021 and will allow historic single-seaters, from pre-war until the 1980s, to reconnect with Monegasque asphalt. In addition, the Automobile Club of Monaco (ACM) announced the dates of the 78th Monaco Grand Prix Formula 1, from May 20 to 23, 2021.

Finally, new technologies will be on the program with the fourth edition of theMonaco ePrix Formula E Saturday, May 8, 2021. “Organizing three events in the space of a single month will be a great first for all of us at the ACM, explains Christian Tornatore, General Commissioner of the Automobile Club of Monaco.

The logistics part promises to be complex, of course, but not insurmountable! As a result, we will have to start assembling the circuit earlier than usual, at the end of February, rather than March 15. We will then integrate the technical aspects, on the track and outside, that each of the disciplines we host requires. To do this, we rely on the experience and availability of everyone involved to achieve our objectives…”
