Given the sluggish performance of the SF1000, Ferrari would perhaps have preferred that the 1000th Grand Prix in its history also took place behind closed doors.
2 spectators will however be allowed inside Mugello for the Tuscan Grand Prix (September 880-11).
The circuit, owned by the Scuderia, explains that the fans will be distributed as follows: 1 in the central stand, 000 in the Materassi stands, and 1 members of the different Scuderia Ferrari clubs placed in stand 000. The ticket office s opens this Tuesday September 880st.
Mugello claims to have obtained the green light from the Tuscany region after presenting its anti-Covid-19 health protocol. Other promoters have also planned to welcome the public in limited numbers during the second half of the season, notably the officials from Sochi in Russia (September 2-25) and Portimão (October 27-23).
Consolation for Ferrari managers: the barrier measures will prevent fans, whose disappointment is legitimate, from getting too close to express their discontent.
