Incorporated into the calendar last April to replace Canada and canceled due to the deterioration of the health situation in the country in May, the Turkish Grand Prix will welcome the Formula 1 This year.
Definitively integrated last June following the cancellation of the Singapore Grand Prix, the Turkish round will take place in the traditional venue of Istanbul Park. Last year, the edition of the Turkish GP was thrilling both for the adventures on the track but also for the final outcome.
On the Turkish ice rink, it’s Lance stroll who had taken pole position in special conditions while the big names were trapped. The story was then quite different in the race since the Canadian collapsed while Lewis Hamilton, in the tough the day before, won a 7th world title thanks to his victory.
This year, the meeting is eagerly awaited since the fight for the title is tighter than ever. Separated by just two points in the championship, Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen should engage in a new battle on the track, offering a great show to the fans.
What a crazy start it was to last year's race 😱
