After sitting back in recent weeks while updates to the AT03 were developed in the wind tunnel, AlphaTauri and Pierre Gasly hope to re-invite themselves to the upper part of the mid-pack. Guillaume Dezoteux explains the ins and outs of this new package.

Twelve rounds. This is what we had to wait to see Alpha Tauri make its first major improvements of the season. In the meantime, Pierre Gasly had time to become depressed and the AT03 to sink, little by little. It’s simple, since the Miami Grand Prix, Pierre Gasly and Yuki tsunoda only entered the points once each. A painful observation when we know that the Faenza team was fighting for 5th place in the manufacturers' championship last season.
