Never seen. During the Australian Grand Prix on Sunday, a historic record was broken: that of the greatest number of red flags deployed in a race. In Melbourne, there were three red flags: the first afterAlexander albon on the 7th lap, a second after the accident Kevin Magnussen on the 54th lap, and a last one after the multiple incidents in the first corner on the 57th lap. Previously, on five occasions in the history of the F1, the red flag has been displayed twice in the same race (Belgium 1981, Japan 2014, Brazil 2016, Tuscany 2020 and Saudi Arabia 2021).

Let a red flag be waved, so be it. But if we restart the race with a standing start when the track is very dirty, it's a recipe for disaster. Supporting evidence. A flying start seemed to me to be more auspicious.
