The stables continue conditionally

The FIA-FOTA standoff has not yet delivered its epilogue. Certainly, all the teams have agreed to re-register for the next world championship of Formula 1. But under conditions. FOTA, which brings together, except Williams, all the teams in the current field, propose a significant reduction in costs and a technical collaboration aimed at facilitating the entry of new teams into Formula 1.

In exchange for the renewal of all the teams, they want the FIA to draw up 2010 regulations based on those of 2009, supplemented with FOTA's proposals. The association chaired by Luca di Montezemolo (Ferrari) also renews its unit, expressing its wish to see all the teams re-engaged for the next season.

Last condition for the teams to be present in 2010, FOTA wants the renewal of the Concorde agreements, which guarantee the participation of the teams until 2012. If the teams' demands are heard, they will all continue in 2010. But the FIA can still refuse the options proposed by FOTA?
