Teams receptive to Liberty Media's message according to Ross Brawn

Liberty Media intends to revolutionize the F1. After carrying out a palace revolution by replacing Bernie Ecclestone with Chase Carey as general manager, and offering Ross Brawn sports management and team relations.

The former team boss Mercedes AMG F1 quickly took the temperature with the teams involved in the discipline. And according to the Briton, the ideas to bring new blood to F1 seem to be receiving a favorable response.

“I think the message is that we have turned the corner to make the sport as entertaining and as viable as possible for the future, Brawn told the BBC. I hope that with the continued pressure we can apply, we can lead the sport into a better position.

The teams I have spoken to have been very positive about the changes and very optimistic about the future. So that’s encouraging. »

Ross Brawn has indicated that Barcelona's first winter tests, which begin on February 27, will provide the framework for continued discussions.
