Participants in the Silverstone tests

A few hours after the British Grand Prix, the teams F1 will return to the Silverstone track tomorrow for two days of testing on the British track. The opportunity for training to offer driving time to test and development pilots.

At Mercedes, Esteban Ocon was confirmed, while Charles Leclerc, after having been able to test the Haas VF16 in free practice 1 last Friday, will be aligned with the Ferrari SF16-H alongside Kimi Räikkönen.

Red Bull will trust Pierre Gasly, crowned with his first victory in the GP2 Series last weekend, while the other residents of the championship Alex Lynn (Williams) and Sergey Sirotkin (Renault) and Jordan King (Manor) will also be in action. Sauber had indicated that it would not participate in these tests.

Note that Pascal Wehrlein will ride on a 2014 Mercedes, with a program dedicated to 2017 Pirelli tires.
