In 2025, Adrian Newey will open a new chapter in his glorious career. The English engineer, present in Formula 1 for almost 40 years, will join the stable Aston Martin next year. A new challenge worthy of his talent and his incredible track record, he who is to this day one of the most successful engineers in the history of the discipline, with numerous records to his credit.

In 2023 for example, the Red Bull RB19 has become the car who has won the most victories in a full season, thanks to the 19 successes of the triple F1 world champion Max Verstappen, combined with the two victories acquired by Sergio Pérez at the start of 2023, the Austrian car has won 21 victories this season. The RB19 now holds the highest victory percentage of the F1 single-seaters designed by Adrian Newey, namely 95,5% (for 21 of the 22 Grands Prix contested).

During his long F1 adventure, the Stratford-upon-Avon (UK) native has built some of the most glorious single-seaters in the history of the premier class. Here are the most decorated single-seaters developed by Adrian Newey.

Happy Xday, Mister Newey ... near Cape Town? The RB20, the last single-seater he more or less supervised, does not appear in this list, just like his first steps at Fittipaldi Copersucar, Force (Haas' first attempt in F1) and March even if the Leyton House CG1 came close to victory with Capelli at Ricard in 901. Will there be an Aston Martin in 1990 or 2026? We'll see

Quite a record for Adrian NEWEY who will inevitably leave a void the day he decides to turn his back on F1!
