The first images of Carlos Sainz Jr with Renault

Carlos Sainz Jr revealed on his Twitter account the first images as an official pilot Renault en Formula 1. The son of the double world rally champion of the same name is visibly very proud to belong to the French team from the next United States Grand Prix, contested in Austin (Texas).

When his signing was announced, Carlos Sainz Jr explained this transfer in these terms: “It is an honor to be an F1 driver for a manufacturer team and I hope to live up to what Renault has placed in me by achieving my best performances on the track », comments Carlos Sainz Jr. The trajectory of Renault Sport F1 Team is exciting and I am proud to join them at such a time in their history.
