The drivers will compete in qualifying after only being able to complete one hour of testing on a dry track, the first day of testing having been disrupted by rain. Sebastian Vettel and Team Ferrari dominated EL3 ahead of Mercedes W08 from Valtteri Bottas et Lewis Hamilton.
