Lewis Hamilton racked up the laps

Sick yesterday, Lewis Hamilton will not have waited long before returning to the seat of the Mercedes W06 Hybrid. If Nico Rosberg had replaced him this morning, the Briton returned to action after the lunch break to accumulate almost 90 laps in four hours.

“I felt better, says Hamilton. It’s good to be out today and racking up the laps. I don't know where we stand compared to the others. The first test (in Jerez) was about driving as much as possible just like today, so I haven't really started to adapt the car the way I would like. The feeling is good, like last year but better. We are just focused on our own work. We didn't progress without a few problems here and there but the team did what was necessary. »

Lewis Hamilton will be back on track tomorrow morning in Barcelona, Catalonia, for the third day of testing which will be followed live on our website.
