Accident in qualifying this Saturday afternoon from the first moments of Q1, Lewis Hamilton had been authorized by the stewards to start the Brazilian Grand Prix tomorrow, despite the absence of a timer for the No. 08 W44. Mercedes AMG F1 confirmed this evening that the new four-time world champion would however start from the pit lane.
The German structure is forced to break the closed park regime to proceed with the rehabilitation of the car and will take the opportunity to also install a Power Unit with new elements with the penalty-free replacement of the thermal engine, turbo and MGU-H.
The British driver should largely liven up the debates in the peloton tomorrow at Interlagos.
