Official Formula 1 exhibition opens in Madrid

From March 24, the official exhibition of the Formula 1 will open its doors for the first time. Through several rooms, the exhibition highlights the history of the premier category, from its beginnings to the modern era.

This event is notably an opportunity to see with your own eyes certain single-seaters that have marked the recent history of Formula 1.

In particular, will be exhibited the Haas in which he embarked Romain Grosjean during its horrific accident at the 2020 Bahrain Grand Prix, in its current condition, showing the progress made in safety at the pinnacle of motorsport.

Other car exhibited: the one called The Miracle of Monza, theAlpha Tauri AT01 of Pierre Gasly during his victory in Italy in 2020.

In total, there are six rooms with different themes that spectators can come and discover. The first is called Once Upon A Time in Formula 1 (Once upon a time in Formula 1), retracing the key moments of the discipline.

Visitors will also be able to discover a DesignLab, to understand the creation of an F1 single-seater. A room is also dedicated to the technology behind Pirelli tires, the manufacturer having been responsible for supplying tires to teams since 2011.

Other rooms are devoted to emblematic drivers, innovations in the discipline or even an immersive experience for “ relive the greatest moments in Formula 1 history like never before ».

Tickets are available from €19.99 for this exhibition which should last several months.
