Has Pirelli reached a dead end? After first announcing that new tires will be introduced for the British Grand Prix, the Italian manufacturer took a step back this week while presenting selected erasers for the next three meetings of the season. A choice strongly criticized by Lotus, which accuses the Italian firm of having voluntarily chosen hard and conservative tires, particularly in Hungary, as certain teams wanted.

“It?s unusual to take the same types of tires in Hungary as in Bahrain and Silverstone”
